Much of the work that I do is for teens, athletes and their families, but I also work with amazing professional coaches (not the athletic kind!), business owners and human beings in general.

I’ve always known I wanted to serve people in meaningful, important ways, and living it as a reality is such a wonderful experience.

Here’s a brief official looking bio:

  •  Master’s Degrees in Spiritual Psychology with an emphasis in Consciousness, Health and Healing (2008)

  • Bachelors in Human Behavior (2007)

  • Certified Life Potentials Life Coach (2008)

  • Studied meditation and personal growth work for over 18 years

  • Started my first company when I was 21 and sold it when I was 25.

Other modalities I use and study:

  • Neuro-Linguistic Programing

  • Emotional Freedom Technique

  • Gestalt Therapy

  • Rational-Emotive-Therapy

  • Humanistic Behavior Therapy

  • 3-Principles based on the work of Sydney Banks

When I’m not in my office working with my clients, you can usually find me with my husband Dhiraj, my kids Orion and Arrow, and dog Oliver, at the river in the summertime, in our hot tub in the winter, watching the snow fall, or at some kind of professional/spiritual immersive training. Or I might be on a tractor moving firewood. Or hiking through the woods barefoot looking for blackberries or beautiful rocks. Wherever I am, I am usually laughing. I love to laugh.

I live in the middle of the woods in Tahoe National Forest 10 miles from a mountain town called Nevada City. It has a population of 2,580 people. I grew up near here and after 16 years living in or near Los Angeles, I heard the river calling and my family and I moved back to the woods- and I couldn’t love it more.
